Elisabeth Flett

Elisabeth is a Scottish multi-instrumentalist, theatre-maker and writer who holds a First Class BMus Hons in Classical Recorder from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. She is a member of a number of bands and ensembles such as folk trio Solasta, (Guardian Folk Album of the Month September 2018), folk duo Shamblestone (BBC Radio 2 Young Folk Awards Semi-Finalists 2017), LGBTQ folk collective Bogha-Frois (Celtic Connections 2019) and medieval folk ensemble Joglaresa (Beverly Early Music Festival 2019). Her debut solo theatre show, ROOTS, recently enjoyed a highly successful run at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in August 2019. Elisabeth is also a committed teacher and workshop facilitator who regularly leads classes in both Folk and Classical music across London and beyond.
